For more than 40 years, we have taken great care of thousands of pools and spas in Metro Vancouver. Between our highly trained Maintenance Technicians, our skilled Service Technicians and our well-stocked retail store, we take pride in ensuring that our clients' pools and spas are crystal clear and ready for action.

As a result of continued growth and transformation, we are now looking for a Service Manager to lead a highly skilled and motivated team of Service Technicians and help us achieve unsurpassed levels of customer service, operational excellence and business success.

The ideal candidate will most importantly be a strong leader and problem solver who is highly capable of identifying and resolving issues both technically and with customers in a timely and effective manner. They will recognize that unsurpassed customer service is key to our success and will set and maintain high standards of service. They enjoy working out in the field as much as in the office and are highly adept at managing all service team related functions to performance standards and accountabilities. They will also have a strong understanding of information technology, combining the ability to understand what information is required to support decision making and achieve critical success factors, with the expertise to manage resources to ensure that information is accurate, timely and available to staff.

The successful candidate will have:

• 3 to 5 years of leadership in the customer service sector
• The ability to resolve technical issues related to servicing of pools and spas and provide timely and effective solutions
• The capability to manage service teams. Previous experience as a Service Team Manager is an asset
• The ability to work under pressure during peak times
• Great attention to detail with strong phone manners and customer service excellence
• Able to meet monthly billing targets, and put in the extra time when necessary to ensure billing is done in an efficient manner
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Valid drivers license with clean Drivers Abstract

The following will be considered an asset:

• Post-secondary education is preferable
• A secondary language 
• Technical/mechanical aptitude would be an asset.
