During the purchase of a house many buyers neglect inspecting the swimming pool, or at best, rely on a home inspector who often lacks the knowledge and experience to provide an accurate report. This can lead to expensive, hidden repairs once occupation takes place.
West Coast Pool Service can eliminate the problem by performing a non intrusive inspection of the swimming pool and spa. We will provide a verbal and written report summarizing our professional opinion on the structure, equipment and all associated components.
Please note:
- Although we will provide information on the structure, we can not be held liable for its integrity. If we suspect instability (normally indicated by cracks in or around the structure) we will document our concerns and recommend further investigation by a qualified engineer.
- Our inspection does not include a decisive opinion on whether the pool or spa is leaking. We will search for obvious signs, documenting them in our report, but generally this information must be disclosed by the seller. A full leak detection is available, but it is a costly process which requires full access to the installation by the seller.
- Due to " Conflict of Interest " concerns we will not conduct pool inspections for locations currently using West Coast Pool Service's maintenance services.
